Shipping Policy

 Our policy is to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving your payment. We use Australia Post for all of our orders.

Australian orders: Regular Mail $4.00, Registered Mail $6.00
International orders:  $8.00

Returns Policy

If the product you buy from Sterling Shadows is faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown, does not do what we said it would do, or is not otherwise of acceptable quality, please e-mail customer service immediately so we can organise an exchange or refund via the method you paid.

Please choose carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind. This policy in no way affects your statutory rights.
